Substitution and rescheduling

  • A colleague may be substituted up to 48 hours before the workshop without a charge or penalty. Send the replacement participant's name and contact information to the training team.
  • A participant may request a move to a future program date or location, subject to availability.

Classroom and live-online refunds

  • Classroom training: 100% of training charges are refundable, less applicable transaction or bank charges, when cancellation is made at least three weeks before the training date. Within three weeks, a 15% cancellation fee applies.
  • Live, online, interactive training: 100% of training charges are refundable, less applicable transaction or bank charges, when cancellation is made at least two weeks before the training date. Within two weeks, a 15% cancellation fee applies.
  • No amount is refundable for a cancellation made on the day of training. Limited exceptions may be discussed with the training team.
  • For an EMI payment, the issuing bank controls the loan terms and any interest or processing fee. Those charges may not be reversed when a payment is refunded, and instant refunds may not be available for EMI transactions.

Materials and organizer cancellation

  • Applicable shipping charges are non-refundable. If a training manual has already been shared, Rs. 20,000 is deducted from the refund amount. A digital training manual is assigned only after the registration fee is received.
  • If Lubrication Institute cannot organize a program because of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, the participant may be offered a seat in a forthcoming program or a full refund subject to the deductions above.
