How training is delivered

  • Classroom participants receive confirmed venue, schedule and joining information before the program.
  • Live-online and self-paced participants receive the relevant joining or access instructions after registration and payment are confirmed.
  • In-house programs are planned with the client organization for the agreed location, dates, participant group and scope.

Materials and shipping

Training registration does not normally include physical shipping. Where a printed manual, book or other physical material is separately confirmed, the delivery details and any shipping charge will be communicated before dispatch.

Any applicable shipping charge is not refundable once the material has been dispatched. Access to digital learning materials and training manuals is assigned after registration payment is received.

Exchange and course changes

Training access is personal to the registered participant. A participant substitution or move to a future course is handled under the cancellation and refund policy. Physical items, where offered, are not exchangeable after use or access to their associated learning material has been provided.
