Registration and payment

A registration request is subject to seat availability and is confirmed only after the applicable training fee has been successfully received. The training team may contact the registrant to confirm the selected course, batch, billing details and any optional certification component.

Published fees and inclusions apply to the selected delivery format. Where an ICML examination, external certification or third-party service is optional, its fee is separate unless expressly included in the confirmed registration.

Attendance and conduct

Participants are expected to attend the confirmed program and follow reasonable venue, classroom and online-session requirements. Lubrication Institute may change an instructor, venue or delivery method where reasonably necessary while preserving the learning objectives of the program.

Course manuals, recordings, presentations and other learning materials are provided for the registered participant or agreed team only. They may not be copied, resold, publicly shared or redistributed without written permission.

Certification and communication

Training can support preparation for relevant credentials, but an examination result or certification outcome is determined by the applicable independent certifying body. Participants are responsible for meeting that body's eligibility and examination requirements.
